I have been using Tio for 2 years and is my one stop shop for fire safety management. The app and platform makes my life as a property manager simple and fast and helps me tracks jobs, services and faults. I have used the service from both sides being the service company to building manager. Forget the paper logbook!!! Get Tio!

I’ve had the pleasure of dealing with Tio on several occasions for digital logbooks. Fantastic product which makes liaising between customer and Service provider so much easier with regards to documentation and records being stored for shared access. The team is always at the end of a phone or email for any questions or assistance. Highly recommended and hopefully everyone will embrace this digital route.

I have been working with Tio for just under a year now. And they listen to what we have to say and will do their best to make any changes to their software for us. In some cases, the changes have been very quick. And they are always very happy to help if we need them. mainly by email, but by phone as well. Customer service is first class.

We had a fire audit last week and the local fire & rescue service were blown away by Tio. We have been using Tio fire logbooks for almost a year and with 38 panels spread over 100 miles. The ability to manage them all centrally is outstanding, no longer relying on old paper logbooks and having to find time to inspect them all. The logbooks are very intuitive to use, and provides a single source of evidence for inspections
