If you wish to disable or re-enable a task or if you are missing a Task that has been previously set up, which you can no longer see, read these instructions below:
Disable a task no longer needed for your building
- Go to the Premises Required.
- Navigate to Tasks.
- Select the specific task that is no longer needed.
- Click on SETUP.
- Choose DISABLE.

Re-enable a previously disabled Task
- Select the Premises Required
- Select Tasks
- Apply the filter: FILTER > Disabled > Only Disabled Tasks.
- Select the Task you want to re-enable
- Select SETUP
- Enter in the appropriate test parameters
- Select ENABLE TASK

Keep the Task – but disable the reminder
If you have a task that you wish to keep – but want to disable the regular reminder, for example – if you don’t attend that building regularly. Simply select the task you are interested in and set the task to N/A (not applicable). This will remove the reminder data, and this task will never show as Overdue on the KPI’s
