Disable a Task

If you wish to disable or re-enable a task or if you are missing a Task that has been previously set up, which you can no longer see, read these instructions below:

Disable a task no longer needed for your building

  • Go to the Premises Required.
  • Navigate to Tasks.
  • Select the specific task that is no longer needed.
  • Click on SETUP.
  • Choose DISABLE.

Re-enable a previously disabled Task

  • Select the Premises Required
  • Select Tasks
  • Apply the filter: FILTER > Disabled > Only Disabled Tasks.
  • Select the Task you want to re-enable
  • Select SETUP
  • Enter in the appropriate test parameters
  • Select ENABLE TASK

Keep the Task – but disable the reminder

If you have a task that you wish to keep – but want to disable the regular reminder, for example – if you don’t attend that building regularly. Simply select the task you are interested in and set the task to N/A (not applicable). This will remove the reminder data, and this task will never show as Overdue on the KPI’s
