An entry is made for any inspection, activation, observation or fix made on your premises. Making a logbook entry is very simple:
- Select Log Book Entries, Add New Entry
- Select the relevant options for your entry. If your entry relates to Fire Detection & Alarm (Part 1) you can test individual assets as part of your inspection. For more information on how to add assets select the Add call points help topic and watch the video.
After your entry is complete the entry can be shared and a task can be created to remind you of any fixes or observations you have noticed whilst conducting your inspection.
