Tio can now automatically number your Service Visit reports, numbering starts from 10000 and is set up at the Organisation Level. The reports are assigned a unique number when the service is started. If an engineer visits 5 premises and starts and finishes a service visit in each the service report numbering will increment by 1 for each premises.
NB: Tio Asset Manager App v6.4.0 is required for this feature to work.
Instruction to switch on this feature
To setup numbering log into Tio and select your organisation as shown below, and select the Pencil icon to edit your settings
Slide on Enable Service Report Number and save the changes, your service visits will now automatically number.
