A premises group can be created and then assigned to users. If you have multiple premises you can divide them into groups.

You can now add useful notes for each premises, this could be for the engineer so they know the code to the building or whether there is visitor parking at site. To add notes to a premises:

To remove a premises: This will permanently remove the premises from your Organisation. The above action requires Admin permissions.
