Create a new Premises

Creating a new premises is very simple, if you need to purchase additional licenses please contact [email protected] follow the steps below:

  • Select your organisation found above your existing premises on the homepage
  • From the left hand menu select Premises and then select the red Create button
  • Enter the premises details, fields with a red asterisk are mandatory, when complete select Next
  • The following screen will display a set of topics that you can select for your premises
  • These topics if ticked will create compliance tasks for your premises, so if you have a Foam System tick that checkbox and two tasks will be added for this premises, a weekly visual check on the Foam System for the Building Occupier and a 6 monthly service task for your Service Provider.   • Scroll down once you have added all necessary topics and click the Create button
  • You can now view your new premises by selecting View Now
  • You are now ready to make log book entries, fulfil tasks, add documents, set up visitors and assign your QR code plus so much more
