Delete an Entry

If you have completed an entry erroneously and you are an Editor or Admin you can delete or Strikeout the entry. Please follow these steps. Deleted entries can still be seen in the Log book Entries as a “Struckout” log book entry. To view these entries please select “Include Deleted” from the filter menu.

Fulfilling a Task

When you create your premises you can assign the necessary topics/equipment your premises has. This will create compliance task(s) that as a Building Occupier you must fulfil.

Add a one off Task

One-off Tasks can be created for Corrective actions, for example a Fault or Observation that requires further work. If you wish to add a one off task for a Building Occupier or Service Provider follow the steps below:

Link an Entry with a Task

During an inspection if you notice a fault or a repair then you can create a one off task that can be emailed to a third party or set as a reminder for yourself to resolve:
